The Florida Medical Group Managers Association is an association comprised of Administrators, Managers and Business Partners.  The Mission of FMGMA is to improve the effectiveness of medical group practices in Florida and the skills of the individuals who manage or lead them.     The Latin American Association of Insurance Agents was founded in Miami in 1969 to unite and serve as a voice for independent insurance agents.  Today, it is a strong network comprised of members of various backgrounds and differrent roles in the industry, including agents, insurance carriers and other companies.  The LAAIA strives for an insurance environment that is healthy for agents and fair for consumers by working on the areas of Legislation, Education, Communication and Community Support.
